My heart is full today.
As our kitchens fill with great smells over this long Thanksgiving holiday in the USA, I encourage all of you, no matter where you reside in the world, to take a look around and savor the blessings you have.
It’s been a tough two years for the majority of us – for the majority of the world.
Too many people I know lost loved ones, lost jobs, lost a part of themselves or understandably lost their way.
Take a moment over the next few days, whether you’re celebrating Thanksgiving or not, to savor the goodness in your life that exists right now. Look up. Look around. Look within. Note that through all the frustration and pain, you’re here, choosing daily, to be in the practice of showing up for yourself.
Blessings to you and yours, and fierce cyber safe hugs.
Speaking of blessings… I’m back on the road, keynoting in person and loving the connection. I’ve been sharing effective tools for Empathic Leadership and the message is hitting home.
As a recent Senior VP of a Fortune 50 bank shared after a conference,
“We loved AmyK! Such an inspiring and practical program. AmyK shares exactly how to stand up for yourself in tough situations, create connections, challenge ideas without confrontation and use Magical Phrases to create alignment. We all agree we left more courageous, confident and inspired!”
One of the many reasons I feel so blessed!
