Green juice is a great way for my body and spirit to wake-up and win.

Lovin’ this green goodness.

It’s like a gulp of gorgeous sunshine every time.

Kale, spinach, celery, apple, lemon and ginger.

Morning routines are important.

So many, really, so many motivational speakers and authors say, “Win the morning, win the day.”

For me, this is a great way for my body and spirit to wake-up and win.

Oh, and coffee’s next. ? Decaf, but still… gotta get my coffee-comfort-fix too.
