• How to Agree to Disagree (and still move forward): In this part of the training, we'll unpack how to handle differing & divisive viewpoints and beliefs that might come up in the workplace. You'll feel more confident speaking your truth, holding your own and keeping your boundaries.
• Empathetic Listening: Learn how to turn a tough moment into a magical one. We'll go over how to ✅ PARAPHRASE, ✅ VALIDATE, and ✅ EMPATHIZE to de-escalate conflict and respectfully re-align with the other person (even when you disagree).
