What does “letting go” look like?

We all make mistakes. We all misstep, but sometimes forgiving ourselves is not so easy.

Sometimes we beat ourselves up.

Unnecessarily so.

  • Letting go can entail processing past events and learning how to heal from them so they no longer negatively impact you anymore.
  • Letting go can signify dropping beliefs, myths, circumstances or relationships that don’t serve you.
  • Letting go can mean emotionally and energetically detaching or disengaging from something or someone.
  • Letting go is often best understood after looking through the lens of what makes us hold on.
