We have more in common than we have differences, including our emotions, and the sooner we practice expressing our feelings – appropriately –  and allowing others to do the same, the sooner we increase our mental health, strengthen our relationships, improve our decision making and enhance our ability to create and adapt successfully.

Empathic leaders are way more brilliant in getting profitable results because they know that the health of their direct reports is imperative to success.

Appropriately articulating your feelings is not “woowoo.”
