Breath & sound are more powerful than you think

I think the smiles in this picture say it all.
We had a heart-lit experience.
This past weekend, six of us immersed ourselves in the world of energy, breath, sound frequency and healing. Why? We all share the same desire: to ease suffering in the world.
As a science geek, I’m thrilled to see how much research is now validating the positive effects of specific Breathwork and Sound Healing techniques on our well-being.
Apparently, I’m not the only geek. ;-)
Our posse´ included an ER doc studying the link between consciousness and addictions, a clinical psychologist, a school leader supporting pre-teens & teens with anxiety, and a leader of adults in recovery. And our facilitator, Dana Damara, was an intuitive, wonderful guide.

Breathing techniques, such as deep diaphragmatic breathing or alternate nostril breathing, can help you regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and increase focus.

Sound Baths, utilizing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments, offer a unique way to harness the healing power of vibration and frequency.
- They can shift your brainwaves, allowing you to enter deep meditative states, reduce stress, improve emotional well-being, and even promote physical healing by releasing tension in the body.
- By immersing yourself in the soothing frequencies of a Sound Bath, you can boost your vitality, sharpen your focus, calm your nervous system, enhance creativity, or create space for emotional release.
