When trust is broken.

Trust is a key ingredient in any and every relationship.
And that especially includes the relationship you have with yourself.
Sometimes we don't even realize when our trust in ourselves has become shaky -- even broken.
And this can wreak havoc on our nervous systems and confidence. It can show up in our lives as a general feeling of uneasiness and/or anxiety, or simply feeling like "something is off." Can you relate?
